Kalispel Country Club and Wedding Venue was founded over 100 years ago to provide golfers with their own private paradise where they could go to get away. The space gets its name from the Kalispel Tribe, who once called this place their home. As families would gather together over meals and traditions, the tribe elders would share stories about “Frog Island,” a consecrated space located on the Pend Oreille River. The tribe continues to operate the venue to this day. They welcome both members and non-members to come here together and share this breathtaking space.
Details of the Grounds
Kalispel Country Club has everything you need for your perfect day! Your celebration will start out in the Bridal Suite as you get ready with your best friends. You will have as much time as you need to put on the finishing touches. Meanwhile, the guys can hang out in the Groom’s Room, where they can take a few rounds in the Golf Simulator Lounge.
Most couples choose to have their ceremony outdoors on the lawn. The venue has a perfectly flat spot where your guests can watch as you exchange vows. The towering evergreens will serve as your backdrop throughout your ceremony. This space can accommodate up to 200 guests.
Smaller weddings can take place indoors in the clubhouse. The venue offers a rustic space with paneled wooden walls. You will be able to dress up the room with your decorations and make it your own. The indoor ceremony space can hold up to 60 guests.
For your cocktail hour, your guests can head to the clubhouse for drinks on the patio. Here, they will sip on signature cocktails and take in the view while you snap your pictures.
Your event will conclude with an outdoor reception. The venue offers event tents that you can set for this portion of the evening. Your guests can grab food and drinks before it’s time to dance the night away! You can close off the sides of the tent to protect you from any rain, or you can keep them open so your guests can take in the views!
Photography Opportunities
Kalispel Country Club is picture-perfect, with endless spots for your portraits. The bridge near the golf course pond is going to be one of the best spots for first-look pictures. You can use the fields near the woods for romantic pictures as the sun starts to set. There are also private trails and scenic water features that will serve as your perfect backdrop!

Kalispel Country Club will be there to make sure you have everything you need for your wedding day. They will handle the tables and the chairs, plus they’ll take care of set-up. You will have a same-day coordinator who will keep your day running smoothly. The venue offers exclusive catering through 1898 Public House. Your guests will have several lodging options through the Northern Quest Resort and Casino.
